FREESTYLE RAP BATTLE ELIMINATION ROUND RULES.

The elimination round will feature eight (8) MCs competing in a freestyle rap battle format. Each participant will go head-to-head in a series of matchups until only one (1) MC remains undefeated.

The MC who successfully advances through all elimination rounds will earn the right to face the reigning champion, Gus Tavo, in the Final Round.

This competition follows a winner-takes-all format. The champion of the Final Round will be awarded a cash prize of ₱10,000.

All participants are expected to demonstrate originality, lyrical skill, stage presence, and respect throughout the competition.

JUDGING CRITERIA

Each battle will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

• Bars (Lyrics & Wordplay)
  Creativity, punchlines, metaphors, and overall lyrical content.

• Flow (Rhythm & Timing)
  Consistency, smoothness, and ability to ride the beat effectively.

• Delivery (Performance & Projection)
  Confidence, clarity, voice control, and overall stage presence.

• Crowd Impact (Audience Reaction)
  Ability to engage, entertain, and receive strong reactions from the crowd.
